Create your workspace
The admin signs up and starts a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Your workspace is live in a minute, ready for your first clients and projects.
Invite your team by email
Add people by email and give each one a role. Admins run the workspace, Managers run delivery and approvals, and Developers do the work and track their time.
Make it yours
Set up the sidebar, switch between a light and dark theme, choose your time zone, and pick an accent color so the workspace feels like your studio.
Choose your plan
One plan, every feature. Beacon is billed per seat, and the price per seat gets cheaper as your team grows, with volume discounts at 10, 25, 50, and 100 or more seats. Pay monthly or annually. When your trial ends, pick a plan to keep going. Your data is never deleted while you decide.
